The “Phoenix Technology United” LLP was founded in 2004, and for 20 years has been carrying out a wide range of construction, installation and commissioning works, warranty and post-warranty service, repair and major repairs, supplies electrical equipment for electrical networks and power systems, renewable energy sources and works in the field of industrial construction.

The company implements projects from simple construction to complex solutions in the field of industrial construction.

Over twenty years of experience, the company has implemented more than 25 major projects, such as the construction and reconstruction of uranium deposits, solar power plants, chemical industry facilities, oil production and gas industry, and many others.

The “Phoenix Technology United” company has a state license of the second category for construction and installation works and the third category of design activities, resources and infrastructure necessary for the execution of works and the supply of equipment.

 

The “Phoenix Technology” LLP was founded in 2018 and specializes in the supply of equipment, spare parts and materials for the implementation of projects by the Group of Companies. The company cooperates with leading manufacturers and developers of equipment and technologies.

Phoenix Technology LLP provides solutions for the sale and promotion of construction equipment, machines and consumables from European manufacturers, provides technical support and after-sales service. The Phoenix Technology team has an international technical support (ITS) network - a resource center that provides testing, troubleshooting, equipment audit and training for end customers at the equipment operation sites.

Technical support includes ensuring constant communication between the end customer and the manufacturer at all stages: familiarization with the brand-manufacturer, pre-sales consultations, support for the selection of equipment taking into account all the requirements, needs and restrictions of the customer.

Technical training of customers. We plan and organize training of customers on products and operator training for end users of equipment. As well as after-sales support during operation, maintenance and supply of spare parts.

Efficient logistics of spare parts thanks to a reliable network. The established network allows Phoenix Technology to provide products, effectively organize the supply of equipment and spare parts to customers.

The selection of spare parts for the end user is carried out based on their specific needs. Phoenix Technology ensures that customers have access to warehouses with spare parts in different locations.
